Avatar

Jake Sully is a paraplegic marine who takes part in a mission in another world, Pandora. He learns of Patrick Selfridge’s plans of exploiting the resources of the natives, who are called the Na’vi. In exchange for spinal surgery for his legs, he agrees to gather Intel for the cooperating military unit. To do this, he seeks the help of a team of scientists, who participate in an experiment of taking an “avatar” identity. This gives Sully the ability to walk and run, albeit temporarily, and gives him the opportunity to infiltrate the Na’vi. However, when Sully slowly learns of the natives’ ways, he develops a soft spot for them, and he also falls in love with the chief’s daughter, Neytiri. This leaves him with a difficult choice: to help Selfridge in exploiting the natives’ resources and get a chance to walk again or to help his fellow Na’vi, and risk getting killed. When Jake Sully went to Pandora, he had no idea that the planet’s fate would rest in his hands.  

Shrek: Forever After

Shrek has been living like royalty for a while now, and he misses being a regular ogre. Bored and longing for his old life, he makes a pact with Rumpelstilskin to get back to feeling like a real ogre again. However, everything doesn’t go exactly as planned, since Rumpelstilskin twisted everything around. Shrek now lives in a distorted version of Far, Far Away, where Rumpelstilskin is king, ogres are hunted, and he had never met Fiona. Regretting his earlier decision, he sets out to fix everything he has ruined.

Alice in Wonderland

Nineteen-year-old Alice goes to a party not knowing that it was her own engagement celebration. Not wanting to be betrothed to a man she barely knows, she escapes the crowd to reflect on the marriage, but instead falls down a rabbit hole. She arrives in a strange world called Underland, which uncannily resembles her childhood nightmares. She had no idea what she was doing there at first, but she later learns that her purpose in Underland was to kill the Jabberwocky and restore the rightful queen to her throne.
